 - How do you make moneyonline through subscription, through recurring, how to make money online home work through passive income where you have people payingyou every single month so that they can continue being a member? In this video, how to make money online home work I'm gonnawalk you through exactly how I did it, how Imade millions of dollars literally charging peoplesubscription as well as promoting somebody else's product, program, or software where it was also a subscription where theywill actually pay you money every single month as long as the person that you referredcontinues being a member.

    how to make

(upbeat music) (marker scratching) Let's first talk about why a subscription model(mouse clicking) is probably the most powerful(bell ringing) business model in the world right now. If you take a look atMicrosoft, what are they doing? They're moving peopleover to Microsoft 365. Amazon, Amazon Prime, what is that? Recurring. Adobe, Adobe has recurring. iTunes, Netflix, all thesebiggest companies, well, take a look at their businessmodel and their pricing. They're either recurring or they're moving peopleover to recurring. When you are selling recurring, that's when you'rebuilding a real business because there's valuation in recurring. That is when you can get 10X, sometimes even 20X in some industries, depending on what market you're in. Your valuation yourbusiness is a whole lot more when you lock people into recurring. So, let's talk about how doyou actually make that happen? So, the first thing I'mgonna do is I'm actually going to just quickly share with you why recurring is so powerful, okay? Now, this is one of themany different platforms that I sell in. It's called ClickBank. ClickBank is one of theworld's largest marketplaces for digital products. For those of you that mightfollow me, I have not launched anything new inside ClickBank in literally the last 6 1/2 years. Sales are still coming in,and notice that these numbers, 64, 86, 85, 71, 84, 89represents how many times this person has paid andhas been a member, okay? Now, recurring billing, what does it imply? It implies that, think of itas like a gym subscription. They wanna continue being a member, they gotta continue payingevery single month, okay? Now, I sell on many different platforms. These are just recurringfor my own products inside ClickBank, which by the way, I've not sold anything newin the last 6 1/2 years. I've moved on to other platforms,

and today I'm going to be showing you how this thing you're about to discover is not just theory but something that has literally generatedmillions of dollars across many different markets. So, let's talk aboutyour two options, okay? Your two options is basically this. You can either create your own product and charge people asubscription, and today, we're also gonna dive intothe technical side of things. I'm going to be showingyou different sites. Why would I do it forstart all over again, how I think about ideas, howto lock people into recurring, how to sell recurring, and number two, I'll show you if you'rejust starting out as well, and if you don't wanna dealwith the whole sales process and persuasion andcreating your own product 'cause that could be aslightly longer route, but the rewards are a whole lot more, then how can you utilizeother offers, other products, other softwares where youcan promote their stuff and get paid commissions in return? Let's begin with this first option, which is basically yourown product, your own idea, your own recurring, your own subscription. Let's begin with that first. Now, how do you generate these ideas? So, not all markets willlend itself to continuity or subscription, right? Sometimes in some markets,it's one-off, right? So, for example, if it'sa pain that people want the solution to, they wanta solution to the problem, and they wanna have thisone-time, one-off fix. However, there are somemarkets that is evergreen, that can lend itself to continuity. How do you generate these ideas? There's a few different ways to do it. Number one is to go toAmazon.com and really go to the different departments and look at the different sections that's in there.

    home work

Amazon.com, this is where Iwould go to and really take a look at what are themain different departments? Could be travel, electronics, pets, fashion, different type ofsoftwares, home improvement, and really drill down intothe sub-category as well, and start seeing if themarket that you wanna go into, how does best sellers actually look like? So, let's say you want to create a recurring for supplements? Okay, you wanna sellsomething that's recurring. What I would look at isI would go to Amazon. I'm taking a look at the supplements, and what I'm reallylooking for is I wanna see what the best sellers are, okay? I wanna see the ones with hundreds and sometimes thousands of reviews, and I wanna see which onesAmazon is pushing for. So, if I'm looking at featured, and I'm looking at all thesedifferent products that has, you know, a few thousandreviews, for example, this thing here, a shakemix that tastes like cake. I wanna take a look at this and really see how the price point lookslike, the business model, the features and the benefits. And by the way, some of you,you could be looking at this, thinking, "Wow, supplementsis really far-fetched. "Like, there's no way you cansell something that's really." Let me tell you something, okay? Literally every singleconcoction that you can think of, there's a private label for it. Vitamin C's Vitamin C. The different type of fishoils and protein powder and supplements andgreen powder, guess what? Many times, they comefrom the same factories. It is the branding and the label in there that makes all difference.

So, whether it is brainfood or paleo or keto, I wanna be able to seewhat is proven to sell well based on customer reviews, whether it's an Amazon Choice. Take a look at this. If it's an Amazon Choice, what does it tell you? It tells you that it'shighly rated, it sells well, and because it sells well,it gives you an indication of what's proven. So, start asking yourself, doesthis offer of this product, can it lend itself to continuity? Whether it's a physical product, or whether it's a digital product. Obviously, digital productscould be a whole lot easier to get started, and ClickBank is one of the biggest platforms outthere for digital products, and what I can do is I can goto the ClickBank Marketplace, and I can take a look at all of the different subcategoriesin the ClickBank Marketplace. Let's say I've got anaudience of bodybuilders. Take a look at health andfitness, and you can see that there's a differentsubcategory in here from beauty, dental, men's health, mental health, nutrition, and then I can see what products has got a rebill. Take a look at this. Not all products, likethis diabetes product, it does not have a continuity, but some products do, like this one, Oragnifi, has been crushing it. They've got a rebill of $313. It tells you that theaverage lifetime value of a typical customer is $313. This is how you start getting ideas. This gives you ideas on whetheryou're gonna pre-own product or sell somebody else's product. What is a great niche or sub-niche that lends itself to continuity? A great way also to give yourself ideas is to look at magazines thatis sold in the newsstand. Like, literally, ifyou're serious about this, go to a newsstand and look atall the different magazines that's sold in newsstand. All those topics thatyou see in the newsstand are evergreen and would be a great market that lends itself to continuity. Ask yourself what are they? You see the same thing all the time. I mean, in even health andfitness, it's the same thing.

It's always how to get six-packabs for the summer, right? How to have greater sex. It's the same thing, but people are willing to pay every single monthfor these type of topics 'cause these topics are evergreen. Magazines.com, if you go to magazines.com, literally you'll be ableto see and drill down into the sub-niche againto give yourself ideas, whether it's animals, photography, children, and the thing that I'mlooking at is really the different hooks, especially on the front cover of the magazine. Guess what? These magazines that's beenaround for years, decades, they have done their research. They have done the homework, and rather than try to think about what's converting, what's proven to geteyeballs and attention, take a look at what arethese magazine covers saying because these magazine covers(bubbles popping) will give you a really goodindication of what's proven and what is going to getsomebody's attention. Once you've done your due diligence, once you look at the magazines out there, the different hooks, thesubtitles they're using, the articles in there. If you're hardworking, collect these magazines every single month, and reallystart seeing this pattern of repetition that they'redoing over and over again because I guarantee youit's the same thing, and what if this could be you, and this could be youwhether you're gonna create your own product or promotesomebody else's product. As an affiliate, this could be a software, this could be a physical product on Amazon's gonna be digitalproduct on ClickBank. Once you have understoodthat these are the platforms to go for and that will give you ideas, then let's talk about amuch more interesting thing that you need to master, which is how do yousell this subscription? How do you promote this subscription? In order to promote this product, you need to have a sales process. If you've never watched my other videos on how to create salesprocesses, go watch them. A sales process is crucial inorder to sell subscription. Why is this important to understand? Here's why. It is because sellingsubscription is tough. If you wanted to sell a $37, $97 subscription every single month, and if you sold that main thing, well the first point of contact when somebody reaches your page, that's gonna be a tough sell. That is something that is going to require a lot of money from you on the front end. However, if you swap things around. I'm gonna show you in asecond how this works. That is when you can actually make money by locking people into your subscription. To give you an insighthow this thing works, let me share with you myfriend Russell Brunson, who is on his way to gettinghis company ClickFunnels to a billion dollar valuation. Now, he didn't take on any VC money. He didn't take on investors or seed money. He bootstrapped this company, and there isn't manycompanies in the world that has done that. Now, how did he make this happen? He made this happen by understanding that when he tried to sell ClickFunnels, which was a recurring subscription. They've got two pricepoints, $97 and $297, in order to lock people into a trial, where they can try for free for 14 days, it will cost him about $200. In order to get people intothe trial subscription, it will cost him $200, which by the way is what mostcompanies will go through if they don't have a sales process. And that is why many companieswould require investors, venture

capitalists, and seedmoney to grow that business because they need thatinjection to gather more people into the subscription, and that's why they need the huge capital upfront and give up equity. However, if you add thisextra thing in the middle, which is sometimes known asa self-liquidating offer, that changes everything. Now, what is a self-liquidating offer? So, here's what my friend Russell did. He created funnels on thefront end, where he sold books like "Expert Secrets," "Dotcom Secrets," and he created thesefunnels where it was free plus shipping to get peoplein, where he would at least break even or make a littlebit of money on the front end so that he can ascend andescalate people to the main thing that he wants to sell, which is ClickFunnels. Now, what does that mean? Let me share with you a funnel that has made well over seven figures. Would you like to see that? Okay, let me show you howthis looks like, okay? This example over here is a sales process called content multiplierformula, and basically this funnel over here is a funnel that sells this book called "Content Multiplier Formula," and it was based upon thisone key note that I did at an event called Funnel Hacking Live. Understand something: peoplewho don't understand this game will say things like this, they will say, they will leap. Whenever I run an ad forthis, they'll say things like, "Well, Pen Joon, you're makingmoney from this funnel for, "by charging $7.95 shipping and, you know, "it doesn't cost you $7.95to ship out a product." Now, people who don'tunderstand this will think that money is being made fromthe shipping when in fact, after cover the cost of printing, after cover warehousing, overheads, I have to coverthe cost of running ads, and if when I take into accountall these different things, in most cases I break even atbest, or sometimes even lose a little bit of money on the front end. However, because of upsellsand because of this next thing I'm gonna show you, that iswhere I make the real money. Would you like to see how it works? So, imagine this, okay? You create a front-end funnel, and in the description below, I'm gonna be showing you. You know what, I'm gonna giveyou this same exact funnel where in one click, it'll be sent into yourClickFunnels account so that all you need to dois swap out the graphics and swap out the wordsand change it and edit it so that it fit thecontext of your industry,

     how to make money

but basically this how thesales funnel looks like. People, when they buy thisbook, because it's low risk, it's just $7.95, where they just need to cover the cost of shipping, notice what happens next. On the next page, it says,"Do not close this page," and the following step, there is this thing calledan upsell, and this upsell, think of it as like goingto McDonald's, okay? When you go to McDonald's,all of the staff is trained to ask you, "Would youlike fries with that? "Would you like to super size it? "Would you like to go large?" This page is the same exact thing. This is the page that says,"Would you like fries?" and, "Would you like to super size it?" Now, notice what happens. On this page here, I have my recurring. I have my recurring where itis a free trial for 14 days, and then it's $97 a month or $897 a year. So the question is how doyou actually utilize this? Over here, notice thatthere are two price points, right, $97 a month or $897 a year. I want you notice one thing right here. The thing that I actuallywanna sell is a $97 recurring. I have no interest in doing a $7.95 book. In fact, most cases, I breakeven at best on this step. The thing that I actually wanna do is to sell a $97 recurring. So, to sell my main thing, I created a thing that sells the thing. Let me say that again. I created a thing to sell the thing that I actually wanna sell. If I took this page here, and if I went on Facebook and I ran an ad thatsaid, "Hey, everybody, "my name is Peng Joon. "I sell a $97 recurringa month showing you "how you can automate yoursocial media process," and if a person doesn'tknow who I am, they'll say, "Who's this guy? "This person's crazy." But what do I do? Instead, I created athing, a book, to show them what the concept is, howI do it, how top marketers in the world do it. I put it into a process,in the nine-step process,

how to make money online home work

and I make the risk extremelylow, $7.95 in the US, or $14.95 international, break even, and then, for the percentage thattake up this offer, that is how I lock in into recurring. That is where the real money is. If you wanna sell recurring successfully, the way to sell the recurringis not to sell the recurring because if you try to sellrecurring, you realize you lose so much money up on the up front, trying to get people into the trial, and that is why a lot ofbusinesses have to give up equity. They have to raise money, get funding, in order to get more users. However, if you are like me,you don't wanna give up equity, and you want to be able toacquire customers profitably on the front end, thencreate a sales process. There are other videos, trainings that covers that, or I'm gonna give you myfree plus shipping funnels, so make sure you claim thatfunnel, where it will be inside your entire ClickFunnelsaccount in one click so that you can create athing to sell the thing that you actually wanna sell. You could be looking atthis right now, thinking, "But Peng Joon, I have nointentions to write a book." It's not about a book. The book was, yes, was amethod for me to lock people into my recurring, but whatif if you wanna make up space and you're selling thema box of makeup goodies every single month? What if that book was not abook but rather a free brush that you sourced from China,AliExpress, where you gave it to your audience for free, and all they needed to do was to cover shipping, andyou barely broke even, but then after that, usethat to sell your recurring. Recurring is how you canbuild real passive income, and the same time, build a real business because there's real valuation, and to really build somethingthat is extremely long-term. Let me know in the commentsbelow what you are committed to building, what marketyou're in that you feel is a great market that wouldlend itself to continuity based on the process and thesteps that I've shown you. And as always, I hope youfound this value in this video. Click on the red button, subscribe video. Watch my other videos, especially when it comes to creating sales processes, and I will see you in future videos.
